What weighs more: A ton of feathers or a ton of rocks? ( A ton equals 2000 Pounds )

Well, when I cogitated on this thought. I contemplated what it actually entailed to be . If a ton of feathers have equilibrating qualities with the ton of rocks. Then they utilize the same weight as each other. This is my answer, whats yours.

  1. I think that this is a fairly easy question. It does not matter what you are weighing, a ton is equal to a ton. It might take a lot more feathers to make a pound rather than rocks but in the end they would still be equal.

Lets see, if we weighed our cars to see which one weighed a ton, since we have the same car, i think that they would be equal and this is pretty much what your question is asking here there big guy.

This did make me think at first but in the end they come out to be equal. I tried it yesterday and they came out to be the same. So Brett, here is your answer to your marvelous question. BBUURRRR!!!!

  2. I think that they will both weight the same. Because it says that you have 1 ton of feathers and 1 ton of rocks. So that means they will all weight 1 ton. This question first made me think that the rocks would weight more, but in the end I found out that this is a trick question of some sort. This a great question.
I have a question just like this. How come
McDonalds dosent have hotdogs? This is also a great question. I hope you will answer me with you thoughts.
What do you think about your own question because I would like to see your response.

  3. I think that they would both weigh the same. Yes a feather is much lighter than a rock but you must read the question more carefully and you'll notice that it says one ton each.

One ton is 2000 pounds. So either way it is 2000 pounds of both feathers and rocks. That is my answer and if your getting so smart with your questions...answer this...

Why is it called a drive-through when you have to stop at the next window? Sometimes two windows. Someone stop dumbing down and answer my question because i have been pondering this for a while.
